GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers Staff
Your matter will be handled by one of GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers professional legal staff assisted by other members of GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers.
GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers will ensure that you meet all the staff who will be assisting with your matter. If the person you need to speak with is not available and no-one else is available to answer your question GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers will arrange to call you back or advise you of a suitable time for you to call back if that is what you prefer.
Our Promise
GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers promises that we will:
- Keep any information you give us regarding yourself, your family or your matter, confidential
- Keep you informed of the progress of your matter on a regular basis and consult you regarding your wishes
- Consult you as to how you wish us to communicate with you
- Advise you at the beginning what steps can be taken in your matter, how long it will take and seek your instructions as to which of those steps you wish us to take
- Ensure as far as possible that your matter progresses in accordance with your timetable
- Advise you of our estimate of costs as best we can given the information we have at the time
- Keep you advised during the course of the matter as to any changes to our initial estimate of costs
- Forward any relevant correspondence or other documents
- Provide you with a client service agreement which sets out our obligations, the costs and what we expect of you regarding payment and instructions.
Office Hours
GWM Lawyers office at 30 Murray Street Port Macquarie is open from 8.45 am until 5.15 pm from Monday to Friday.
The professional GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers staff can make arrangements to visit you at your premises and/or see you out of these hours if that is necessary. Parking is available in the main street of Port Macquarie or in the car park servicing Port Central shopping centre.
Legal Costs
GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers believe that our services are priced competitively.
GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers invite you to phone for a complimentary assessment of the likely costs of your work.
Trust Accounts
Any money you pay to GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers or that GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers receive on your behalf will be paid into the GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers trust account. The money in the trust account can only be disbursed in accordance with your instructions.
The trust account is reviewed regularly by the Law Society of NSW and is subject to the strict controls of the Legal Practitioners Act and Regulations. The GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers computer system is designed specifically to monitor the trust account.
