GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers congratulates Imperial Developments (QLD) Pty Limited on the successful purchase of the Port Gateway Tourist Park in Port Macquarie.

GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers acted for the company in negotiating the Contracts for the purchase of the Park and successfully managed the transaction from its initial phases through until settlement on 11 April 2003.

The successful completion of the Port Gateway Tourist Park purchase follows upon the recent involvement of GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers in the sale of the Smugglers Cove Holiday Village at Forster. That transaction was one of the largest holiday park sales in New South Wales' history.

GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers acted for and assisted the owners of Smugglers Cove throughout the transaction including advising upon the best method of sale and the drafting of the appropriate Contracts.

The owners of Smugglers Cove, Michael and Alison Peters, said in relation to the settlement of their sale; "we believe we were in excellent hands and felt that our best interests were never in doubt. The firm was most professional and available at all times to discuss the transaction and assist us throughout the process."
