GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers congratulates its clients, Baker Payne & Webb Optometrists, on the purchase of "Grenata Eyewear" at Hornsby.

GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers assisted its clients with the acquisition of the business by:-

1. negotiating the terms and conditions of the Contract for the purchase of the business;
2. advising upon GST and going concern issues;
3. advising upon the effective transfer of the Lease;
4. acting as "matter managers" by ensuring the smooth exchange of Contracts and a timely settlement.
