The 2003 FindLaw Law Firm Web Site Awards will be announced at the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney on the 14th August 2003.

This prestigious award recognises excellence in Australian Law Firm web sites. GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers acts on the sale of The Wauchope Sports and Trophies Shop.

GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers congratulates its clients, Sue and Ken Johnson, on the successful sale of their business "Wauchope Sports and Trophies" in High Street, Wauchope.

GWM Lawyers and Conveyancers assisted the clients by drafting the Contract of Sale, negotiating with the purchaser and attending to the following issues:

1. The transfer of the business name;
2. GST and going concern issues;
3. The lease of the premises;
4. Management of the matter from exchange of contracts through until settlement.
